The purpose of the CEU Student Disability Policy is to ensure that the legal rights of students with disabilities are recognized and protected. Central European University (CEU) has encountered applicants who have been granted refugee status  by Hungary or other state or are being assessed for refugee status or are in refugee-like situations whose existing qualifications require specific means of assessment and recognition. This policy is intended to establish procedures for assessing qualifications for entry to Masters degree programs at CEU by refugees and asylum seekers or individuals in refugee-like situations.
